SHURRIT is an Online Service Provider pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512, commonly known as the Digital Millenium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). The DMCA provides in pertinent part that you can request an Online Service Provider to disable access to infringing material.

• Provide information, if possible, sufficient to permit SHURRIT to notify the user that allegedly sent infringing material (email address is preferred).
• Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
• Sign the notice either physically or electronically.
